Your Right to Cancel 
By placing an order with us, you enter into a contract with us. You have the right to cancel that contract [also known as a "cooling off period"].
Your right to cancel the contract expires 15 days after receipt/delivery of your order [or the last item in your order, if different items were delivered on different days]. You are not obliged to give a reason for cancelling.
To exercise your right to cancel the contract, you must state clearly in a written communication to us, by letter or email, that you are cancelling your contract. You must cancel before the cancellation period, as above, has expired.

How do I return an item?
Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and select Start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. You will receive a confirmation email giving you the Return Address.

What happens next?
We will confirm that you have exercised your right to cancel your contract. 
We will provide a Return Address.
We will fully reimburse you for all payments received from you including for delivery.
We will make such reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the item[s] is/are received back by us. NOTE: We may not reimburse you for supplementary costs arising if  you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of any unnecessary handling by you.


What you need to do
Send the item[s] back within 14 days of cancelling. 
You will be responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the item[s].​

What condition must Returned Goods be in?
In the packaging supplied with the item, if any 
In the same condition as when received
Unwashed and unworn [for clothing]
Unused[for other items] 

Our fault?
In the rare event that we have sent you an item which is inaccurately described, incomplete or defective, we will:
reimbuse you for the reasonable cost of returning it [usually Royal Mail second class post].
reimburse you for shipping if you paid for the item to be shipped 

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item[s] has been received back, you will receive an email notification.
You will receive a further email notification when we have reimbursed you.
We will make reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the item[s] is received back.
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
